“The Perfect Wrong” combines a dirty-talking leading man， a virgin heroine who doesn’t want to be one， and a forbidden love situation that throws them both for a loop。 Although the story is a standalone， if you are familiar with the author， you’ll likely recognize some of the secondary characters from some of her other books。 Over the summer before senior year of college， Delia accepts a challenge and a bet put to her by her best friend; loose her V-card to a man of Delia’s choosing， or her frie “The Perfect Wrong” combines a dirty-talking leading man， a virgin heroine who doesn’t want to be one， and a forbidden love situation that throws them both for a loop。 Although the story is a standalone， if you are familiar with the author， you’ll likely recognize some of the secondary characters from some of her other books。 Over the summer before senior year of college， Delia accepts a challenge and a bet put to her by her best friend; loose her V-card to a man of Delia’s choosing， or her friend will choose for her and Delia has to go through with it。 The universe drops Chris， the hottest guy she’s ever seen right in her path on the beach， and Delia almost wins the bet that night。 They have to take a rain check， but the next day before they can bring it home， they find out they’re sharing a home … her father’s nasty new wife is Chris’s mother。 There’s a lot that happens in this story， and I don’t want to ruin it for you by giving too much away。 I will tell you there are evil cartel members， a scorching hot trip to Vegas， sneaky behavior， a secret mission， and more。Delia’s father and Chris’s mother are great characters， even though sometimes you might want to shake him and choke her。 The chemistry between Delia and Chris might make you blush and wonder if you really read what you just read！ There are also some incredibly intense scenes when Chris is out of the country on a mission。 I was surprised at the variety of emotions are woven into the story from start to finish。 I thought the ending was excellent， and so satisfying！。I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily sharing my thoughts and opinions。 i also purchased a copy。 。。。more

Simply amazing story！Only Nicole Snow could take a perfect book and make it better。 Years ago when I first read Chris and Delia's story， I was immediately hooked and couldn't get enough of this author's books。 I was a bit skeptical to find that she'd put this beloved story through a vigorous rewrite， but I have to say this new version is an absolute masterpiece！ The characters are expanded， the action and suspense are substantially magnified， and the HEA is as sweet as satisfying as could be。Del Simply amazing story！Only Nicole Snow could take a perfect book and make it better。 Years ago when I first read Chris and Delia's story， I was immediately hooked and couldn't get enough of this author's books。 I was a bit skeptical to find that she'd put this beloved story through a vigorous rewrite， but I have to say this new version is an absolute masterpiece！ The characters are expanded， the action and suspense are substantially magnified， and the HEA is as sweet as satisfying as could be。Delia is a perfect blend of innocence and independence。 I loved her approach to art， how it was so beautifully embedded in the way she looked at life。 She's been waiting a long time for a man like Chris， and I really enjoyed reading their romantic journey。Chris starts out as somewhat of a selfish "ego-grenade" who lives for his job and nothing else。 I loved how his character was so smoothly integrated into the Enguard Security team， which gave us the lovely bonus of seeing some familiar faces from that series of books。 I especially appreciated his slow awakening to the realization that love had grabbed hold of his heart， despite his diligent efforts to avoid such a fate。 Delia truly is the only one for him and it was so much fun to watch him fall for her。 There's a lot of backstory， plenty of ripped-from-the-headlines action with gripping scenes and intense consequences， and a secondary relationship that was the exact antithesis of the main romance。 The author's trademarked angst-driven inner monologues let us see deep into the hearts of both Chris and Delia。 All of these moving parts work together brilliantly to deliver a story that feels fresh and unique。 It's a terrific introduction to this amazing author and I highly recommend it for anyone who loves to read contemporary romances。 I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book。 。。。more

This is about Chris and Delia。When the title said the Perfect Wrong， this could not be a more perfect aspect to this book！Everything that could go wrong - did。Delia is on a mission。Chris is on a different mission。Question is， can the two missions collide without carnage？This book had so much laughter， heat， and heart！So enjoyed this book so much！！！
